A chocolate with a unique taste: the distinctive Madagascar cocoa stands out for its fruity notes of plum and blackberry. When tasting it, it reveals a pleasant hint of spiciness that then gives way to an explosion of spices.
The sensation of intense spiciness, particularly from pink pepper, ultimately leads to a finish of licorice and ripe red fruits.
The result is a perfect and pleasant balance between sweet and savory that induces salivation and leaves a perception of total palate clarity. The mouthfeel is fabulous, with a prolonged finish.
