The Cioccolato Esprit Grand Cru Papua New Guinea Extra Fondente 70% is refined, a product with an exclusive spirit. It features a pronounced hint of red berries and goji that awakens the memory of the underbrush.
It is sharp with its notes of medlar and raisin and, with the warmth of the palate, gradually releases spicy notes, soft and enveloping. It has a deep color leaning towards black due to the high cocoa percentage, a remarkable 70%, thus characterizing it as an extra dark chocolate.
Ingredients: cocoa mass obtained from cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural vanilla bean extract.
