This panettone boasts a 36-hour fermentation with 5 kneading stages and an artisanal process with “manual pirlatura”, fully respecting the tradition. The patient preparation also includes 7 hours of "head" resting downwards.
Among the most prestigious ingredients are 100% Italian wheat flour, egg yolks from free-range Italian hens, high-quality Italian butter, ten-year sourdough, and bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.
The packaging, attended to in every detail, is done manually. The panettone is contained in an elegant package created by the skilled hands of a master in Italian paper crafting.
