The Gianduia Panettone is a typical sweet of the Italian tradition that has always kept us company during the Christmas season. A sweet moment of conviviality that will be further enriched by this culinary jewel coming directly from the workshop of one of Italy's most beloved chefs, Antonino Cannavacciuolo!
This panettone boasts a 36-hour leavening with 5 kneading stages and a handcrafted production with “manual pirlatura”, fully respecting tradition. The patient preparation also includes 7 hours of resting in “head down” position.
Among the most prestigious ingredients are 100% Italian wheat flour, egg yolks from free-range Italian hens, high-quality Italian butter, decade-old sourdough, and bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.
The packaging, carefully crafted down to the smallest details, is done manually. The panettone is contained in an elegant package created by the skilled hands of a master of Italian paper-making.
