The Seccal Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso DOC from Vini Nicolis is an excellent wine, an expression of the Veronese territory.

Grapes: 70% Corvina 20% Rondinella 5% Molinara 5% Croatina
1st Fermentation: spontaneous, with indigenous yeasts, in stainless steel tanks for 12 days, in October.
2nd Fermentation: spontaneous, with indigenous yeasts, with the pomace of Amarone, in stainless steel tanks for 8 days, in late winter.
Aging: 16 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
Refinement in bottle: 4 months.
