The Costera anchovies are fished in the Bay of Biscay, then pressed and kept at a controlled temperature. The aging process lasts at least nine months. The preparation is meticulously accurate! The result is an exquisite product, ready to be enjoyed at any time, whether on its own or accompanied by various dishes and presentations.
