The Aged Balsamic Vinegar is aged in barrels in the company for at least 12 years. At the Acetaia Al Parol, the entire production chain takes place, from the grape harvest and the boiling of the must to aging in wooden barrels.

Distinctive flavor, dense, persistent on the palate. The slow aging imparts aromas and fragrances characteristic of the grapes from the Modena area and the woods of the barrels.
