It has a strong, delicate, and highly appreciable fragrance, with persistent aromas and distinct flavors, and an intense, brilliant black color.
The fine wood barrels of Acetaia Marchi are never completely emptied: this allows them to create a continuous cycle of aromas and enhance their products with extraordinary characteristics.
It is obtained by blending cooked musts from local grape varieties and a small addition of excellent wine vinegar.
The splendid result from this combination is aged in ancient oak barrels to obtain the excellent product passed down from ancestors.
