The Rosemary Pecorino Bagnolese is a semi-hard cheese with a flaky texture and a wrapping flavor that recalls the scents of the wild. It is ideal to be paired with rustic bread and a glass of full-bodied red wine.

The aged Rosemary Pecorino Bagnolese is produced by Milk Coop with the milk of the Malvizza sheep (better known as Bagnolese sheep), an indigenous breed allowed to graze in a semi-wild state, feeding on what nature provides.
