The Colomba with Coffee made by Master Pastry Chef Michele Somma in Santa Maria La Carità (NA) is produced exclusively with sourdough and all the ingredients that compose it are completely natural, containing no additives, GMOs, or preservatives.
The hours of rising make it extremely soft. It presents itself as a soft and buttery dove.
It is sold in an elegant gift box.
INGREDIENTS:
Flour from soft wheat type “0”, butter, water, sugar, egg yolk, sourdough (flour from soft wheat, water), orange paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), coffee paste (coffee concentrate Arabica blend, sucrose, glucose, vegetable fats, soy lecithin, flavors), freeze-dried coffee, acacia honey, barley malt, salt, vanilla, natural flavors, white chocolate.
Storage instructions: After opening, keep it in the original closed bag. Store at room temperature. Consume by the expiration date printed on the package as the product is artisan and contains no preservatives.
Shelf life: It is recommended to consume it by the date printed on the package. The product is free from preservatives. Consumption by the indicated date ensures a product in which all the characteristics are respected (such as softness). From the production date, the expiration is indicated as 25 days.
The Artisan Dove with Coffee from Pasticceria la Delizia is made with a soft and light dough that engages the senses through a succession of tactile and olfactory sensations.
As a pairing, we suggest a wine made from white grapes, fruity and aromatic, delicately sweet, fresh, and possibly sparkling. A good Gewurtztraminer or a Lugana DOC would be suitable, but alongside a Franciacorta or a Valdobbiadene, the result is more... festive!
