The Confit Datterini are delicious organic cherry tomatoes, grown in Sicily by the agricultural company La Collina and peeled by hand by the chefs of Garda Gourmet.
These cherry tomatoes are “caramelized” in a dehydrator with aromatic herbs for 18 hours at 40°C, in order to best preserve all the characteristics of the vegetable and maximize its flavors.
These sun-dried datterini are an explosion of flavor, a delight for the taste buds. The caramelized taste, combined with the natural aromas, makes them savory and sweet at the same time.
