The Sabina Producers Organization, from which this spice comes, cultivates certified BIO garlic, GLOBALG.A.P., and IFS Food in Mirabella Eclano, a town in the province of Avellino, in the green Irpinia. All products are naturally cultivated without the use of GMOs and additives.
It is recommended to use BIO dehydrated garlic flakes for the preparation of preserves, cured meats, and baked goods.
Just like the fresh product, this spice has the same characteristics but can be stored at room temperature and has a significantly higher yield. Shelf life: 24 months from the production date.
