The Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Ferragù 2016 is certainly a pleasant companion for meditation, as this is its purpose, so it should be enjoyed alone.
However, being a wine with body and character, it is possible to pair it with aged cheeses, game, roasts, braises, and stews.
Naturally, it is a worthy companion to a typical dish of the Venetian tradition: Risotto all’Amarone.
