100g of mustard seeds, 80g of apple cider vinegar, 80g of water, 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 30g of brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.
The procedure is very simple: soak the seeds in vinegar overnight, then blend them together with all the other ingredients, except for the oil, until you obtain a creamy consistency. Then add a drizzle of oil to this cream and you're done. The mustard sauce is ready.
