Verdicchio Superiore DOC 2017 - Poggio Montali: the evolution.
The pairing, thanks to its softness, body, and finesse, is ideal with fish in all its preparations, with a preference for grilling and oven cooking. It can also be paired with first courses of mushrooms and truffles, white meats, and fresh or moderately aged cheeses.
This Verdicchio Superiore DOC 2017 presents a deep yellow color with a fragrance of white flowers and almonds, a savory taste, and a slightly bitter finish.
The intense flavor is also evident in the nose, with good sapidity and concentration, and it is harmonious, round and persistent with a typically varietal finish.
