This VulKano Cuvee 2.1 Metodo Classico Brut produced by the agricultural company Sandro De Bruno, cultivated on the volcanic hills between Roncà and Montecchia di Crosara, in the province of Verona. Thanks to the volcanic soils that host the vineyards, the grapes convey very pleasant mineral and savory notes, alternating with fruity, citrus, and aromatic herb scents. It is a wine with a fresh and enveloping drinkability.

Grapes: 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Bianco, 25% Durella
VulKano Cuvee 2.1 Metodo Classico Brut destemming, cold skin maceration (5-7 °C) in a closed press for about 12/18 hours and soft pressing in nitrogen saturation at low temperature. Static decantation of the free must and fermentation in steel. Once fermentation is complete, the noble lees are preserved by performing weekly bâtonnage and kept for 6 months. Bottle aging on its own yeasts for 18 months.

This VulKano Cuvee 2.1 Metodo Classico Brut produced by the Sandro De Bruno farm has a shiny straw yellow color with golden reflections. It impresses with its pronounced mineral notes that are at times iodized, followed by gypsum and flint. Citrusy sensations of sweet citrus, such as cedro, mandarin, and grapefruit. Delicate floral notes of acacia and orange blossom. Finally, sweet spices and almond. The taste is fresh, savory, and creamy, with a delicate almond note.
Suitable for light first courses and risottos.
