The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, kept between 16 and 18°C, to ensure the perfect development of flavors. Subsequently, the wine is stored in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks to maintain its freshness and integrity. Before bottling, the wine undergoes a brief aging in barriques, which helps to integrate additional flavor nuances. The final bottling occurs in a sterile vacuum line to ensure the highest quality and longevity of the product.
