The Passata di Pomodoro La Paesana by AgriTù has a dense and compact consistency, and it encapsulates and preserves all the fragrance and aroma of fresh tomatoes.
The Passata di Pomodoro La Paesana is made exclusively from fresh organic tomatoes, processed within 24 hours of collection. The tomatoes are selected, washed, and then blanched in boiling water for a few minutes. Once well-cooked, they are passed through a sieve to carefully separate the seeds and skins from the pulp. The resulting sauce, at a temperature of around 80°C, is poured into glass jars, hermetically sealed, and subjected to a heat treatment to ensure their preservation.
