These Porcini Mushrooms in Oil are produced following the traditional homemade recipe that respects the use of the consecrated ingredients: porcini mushrooms ("Bronzini" and "Testa Rossa"), garlic, oil, and parsley.
Previously cooked and preserved in brine. They are then desalinated and prepared for seasoning. Selected and harvested at the right stage of ripeness, pasteurized and carefully washed from forest residues. The sterilization process is safe and certified to ensure the product has a shelf life of two years from the date of production.
