Malga Novezza 300g

The flora of the pastures of Lessinia is said to be one of the best in Europe, thanks to its proximity to Lake Garda. The mountain cheeses from these areas are particularly fragrant and yellow. Malga Novezza is produced only with summer milk from the alpine pastures found among these mountains and meadows. Aged for 2-3 months and up to 6 months. The flavor is sweet and intense with a nice savoriness and excellent balance. A very refined cheese.

Malga Novezza 300g: use in the kitchen

Excellent cheese for quality platters, for main courses paired with yellow corn polenta from Maranello. It pairs well with medium-bodied white wines and sparkling wines made using the traditional method. Also, spicy red wines and international blends.
