Cimbro Fiordimonte 300g

The cheese from the lands of the thirteen municipalities of Lessinia is called cimbro in honor of the peoples who arrived there from Lower Saxony and Tyrol. It is a particularly flavorful cow's cheese with a nice floral component and a particularly compact texture.

Cimbro Fiordimonte 300g: use in the kitchen

Excellent cheese for dressing polentas made according to the traditional methods of the ancient populations of the Venetian mountains. Also good for stuffing meats and for inclusion in spiced pepper tortelli.
Full-bodied white wine and also red wine with an international cut such as Cabernet and Merlot.
