Passito il Canneto

Sweet wine made from 100% Turbiana grapes.
The best clusters are selected and left to dry on racks until January. The aging takes place in oak barriques for 12 months.

It has aromas of acacia honey and yellow fruit in jam, with notes of candied citrus and cream chantilly. Hints of ginger and dried fruit, particularly roasted almonds. On the palate, it has a nice freshness and complexity of fruit along with a distinct savoriness that gives it excellent smoothness and pleasantness.

Corte Sermana, Veneto

Filippo Bottacini is a young winemaker with a great passion for his territory, Lugana. Lands bathed by Lake Garda that were formed after the melting of the great glacial moraine that covered the current Benaco. These are mixed lands of sand, silt, and gravel; vineyards that stretch along the Sermana stream, from which the winery takes its name. Ideal lands for the Turbiana grape variety typical of Lugana. Filippo has been cultivating the vineyards and managing the winery for about ten years and is achieving excellent results with his wines. The winery is not large but is constantly growing. However, the goal is to make excellent wines, respectful of the fruit and the territory of origin. Identity wines. We have chosen a young man with a strong desire to enhance the heritage that nature has given him and with clear ideas!
