This is the classic honey par excellence. Produced from a multitude of unspecified flowers, it has different organoleptic characteristics each year.
The Millefiori honey is probably the most famous and widely used honey among various consumers. It is a combination of nectars gathered by bees from various spring and summer blooms. It has a higher content of fructose and glucose compared to other varieties.
Shelf-life and storage methods: 36 months from the packaging date. The date applied on the label will indicate June for the first half and December for the second half of the third year following the packaging date.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
Processing procedure: the product, appropriately monitored, analyzed, and selected upon arrival, is liquefied in a heated chamber at a temperature below 45° C, filtered, homogenized, and packaged.
