A high-quality organic Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, aged 24 months. Considered the "King of Cheeses", it is still produced as it was eight centuries ago using a natural artisanal method, and it is one of the few foods remaining that is made in a completely natural way, with no additives: just milk, rennet, and a little salt.

Parmigiano Reggiano is the only cheese that can withstand a long aging process without additives, which enhances its organoleptic qualities. Calcium, phosphorus, and amino acids are the main nutrients that make it a food rich in easily assimilable substances, making it suitable for everyone’s diet, starting from early childhood.


DOP Guarantee


Its production is regulated and controlled by law by the Consortium for the Protection of Parmigiano Reggiano. The use of raw milk, the exclusion of additives, the use of natural lactic ferments, and aging for at least 12 months are the fundamental elements for recognition of the D.O.P. (Protected Designation of Origin recognized by the European Union).

The Parmigiano Reggiano DOP BIO 24 months in a 200g portion is ideal for large events and ceremonies, but also every day on our tables.

Unbeatable when grated as a seasoning for dishes of pasta, rice, and soups, even the rind can be added during the cooking of minestrone and vegetable creams; exceptional in thin petals on carpaccio of fish or meat, or on roast beef, with arugula and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. 

Excellent eaten alone as a snack or paired with nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, dried figs, dried plums, and honey.

To delight the most refined palates, it is extraordinary with Modena balsamic vinegar.
