Gonzaga lard 2kg

The lard is an increasingly renowned and valuable product that brings with it genuine goodness and tradition. It is a large, pearly-pink cut of fat found under the pig's skin.

This product is then placed in contact with a mixture of fine aromatic herbs and spices and is periodically massaged to help the fat structure absorb the produced flavors. Finally, it is left to mature in closed, cool places with a certain degree of humidity.

The vacuum-packed lard from Gonzaga is excellent to consume on soft and hot polenta, to add to friarelli from Naples, and boiled dandelion. It is also great on warm toasted bread slices. Pleasant in aperitifs with sparkling bubbles.
