In a vineyard clinging to the slopes of an ancient extinct volcano rich in mineral elements, the Garganega grape is one of those golden ones with a beautiful intensity of scents and aromas. One of the great Italian wines that has won everything there was to win. Considered one of the greatest Soaves since its first vintage, it receives the Tre Bicchieri from Gambero Rosso. A result that rewards Flavio's great ability to extract the territory and gently place it in the glass. Intense fruity citrus sensations and exotic pleasures. Fine herbs like orach and sage, along with iodic sensations typical of summer seafronts. Excellent drinkability, freshness, sapidity, and harmony on the palate. A sweet gentle hazelnut closes with a very persistent finish. This wine comes from a fermentation in steel with slow and delicate cold macerations.
Great white wine for raw seafood and shellfish, prawns, lobsters and large shrimp. It also pairs well with seafood-based first courses and is pleasant with noble cured meats of the Italian tradition. Ideal for accompanying Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP drizzled with fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
