The ripasso is a traditional technique of Veronese winemaking, and Flavio applies it without excessively altering the pleasantness and structure of the noble and precious Valpolicella Superiore. His Ripasso has noble and round tannins that envelop the palate and support a fruity and spicy structure with great gustatory impact. A beautiful overall balance makes it particularly drinkable and stylistically modern and sinuous.

Flavio Prà represents that generation of young Venetian winemakers who have conquered the most important national wine realities. His story begins small among the fermenting tanks of his father's winery. Scents and sensations that accompanied the dreams of little Flavio and were realized among the hills of the Berici where Count Piovene captures his passion and expertise and allows him to manage the great company wines. A story that started by knocking on a door, as he says. Flavio has always nurtured the dream of elevating his territory in the glass. An idea of premium wine that has materialized over the past decade and has seen the construction of the brand new winery among the noble gravels of the Illasi valley, in Cellore. A choice of perfect lands for the production of great Soave and Valpolicella wines. Exciting wines that would soon become icons of a new great productive story in the Venetian land. I Campi was the most fitting name for Flavio's dream. His Soave Campo Vulcano was immediately awarded and for six consecutive vintages as one of the best wines in Italy with the Tre Bicchieri from Gambero Rosso. His Valpolicella is grand, imposing, elegant, and substantial. His Amarone Campo Marna 500 is a true rarity, made from grapes produced at 550 meters above sea level. A mountain production with a great communicative strength of a wild territory in the white marl soils of the upper Mezzane Valley. The wines of Flavio Prà improve their potential with aging, and for this reason, exclusively for us, he offers the unique possibility of old vintages of his greatest products. Enjoy!
