The bottle aging elevates this Ripasso, imbuing it with elegance and smoothness. A more complex fruit profile of cherry in jam combined with sensations of mixed aromatic herbs and both spicy and sweet spices. Gentle tannins and excellent freshness on the palate. Almond-like finish with intriguing notes of red fruit.

Pairings. Meat, meat, and more meat… but also a great wedge of Parmigiano Reggiano with a drop of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar from Modena or Reggio Emilia. Cold cuts? A nice Culatello!

Azienda Agricola I Campi, Veneto

Flavio Prà represents that generation of young Venetian winemakers who have conquered the most important national winemaking realities. His story begins small among the fermenting tanks of his father's winery. Scents and sensations that accompanied the dreams of young Flavio have materialized among the hills of the Berici, where Count Piovene captures his passion and expertise, allowing him to manage the company’s great wines. A story that started by knocking on a door, as he says. Flavio has always nurtured the dream of elevating his territory in a glass. An idea of fine wine that has materialized over the past decade, resulting in the construction of the brand new winery among the noble gravel of the Illasi valley, in Cellore. A choice of perfect land for the production of great Soave and Valpolicella wines. Exciting wines that quickly became icons of a new significant production story in the Veneto region. I Campi was the most suitable name for Flavio's dream. His Soave Campo Vulcano has been awarded right away and for six consecutive vintages as one of the best wines in Italy with the Tre Bicchieri from Gambero Rosso. His Valpolicella is resounding, imposing, elegant, and substantial. His Amarone Campo Marna 500 is a true rarity, from grapes produced at an altitude of 550 meters. A mountain production with a great communicative strength of a wild territory in the marly white lands of the upper Mezzane Valley. The wines of Flavio Prà improve their potential with aging, and for this reason, exclusively for us, he offers the unique possibility of old vintages of his greatest products. Enjoy!
