Fresh pork tenderloin 1kg

The Fresh Pork Tenderloin from Quadro Carni e Salumi is a highly renowned and sought-after cut by chefs and the best butchers in Piedmont.

The meat comes from pigs of the Gran Suino Padano breed, born and raised in Italy, weighing 144-176kg, from farms certified by the Consorzio del prosciutto di Parma and the Consorzio del prosciutto di San Daniele.

The Gran Suino Padano is valuable for a balanced diet because it provides the right amount of noble vitamins, iron, and zinc, as well as vitamins B1, B2, and B12, which are essential for protecting the nervous system and regenerating tissues. Thanks to the controlled feeding of the pigs, its fine meats have a reduced amount of saturated fatty acids and a cholesterol level comparable to that of white meats.

This particular breed has a meat rich in noble proteins and vitamins, is low in fat and cholesterol, and meets the principles of a balanced diet.

The pork tenderloin is a noble cut located in the lumbar area between the lower ribs and the spine of the pig. It is a very valuable, tender, delicious piece, with little fat, ideal for quick cooking methods with great flavor. The product appears a deep red color.

Production process: slaughtering, pre-cooling tunnel, cutting, resting in refrigerated cells.
Allergen-free. Gluten-free.

Fresh pork tenderloin 1kg: use in the kitchen

The Fresh Pork Fillet from Quadro Carni e Salumi can be cooked in many ways and can be flavored with a marinade both before and after cooking. Generally, however, it should be cooked in the oven or in a pan. Be careful not to overcook it, otherwise the meat will dry out!

Its browning can be enhanced with other ingredients such as onions, zucchinis, eggplants, or even some diced tomatoes, which will form the seasoning for the meat and can be used to create a delicious accompanying sauce, thanks to the liquid produced during the cooking of the fillet.
We recommend cooking it without neglecting the tie with string. This step will allow you to achieve two things: firstly, to keep the meat in the form of a roll, whether stuffed or simple, making it easier to slice; and then to add spices or other ingredients, such as the classic sprig of rosemary or some slices of bacon, placing them between the meat and the string. We recommend a filling with almonds, walnuts, and pistachios: it's finger-licking good!

To ensure freshness and high quality of the product, the shipping will be done directly from the headquarters of the Astigiana company. The shipping cost will always be 15 euros: we recommend stocking up on more items from this extraordinary producer!
