MarcheEat was born in Mombaroccio, a small village in the province of Pesaro Urbino that still strongly maintains its connection to peasant culture. Here, cooking is not only tradition: it is the result of a life made of simple ingredients, crafted with care and respect for the territory.


From this reality, a family of restaurateurs and merchants from Marche has chosen to create MarcheEat with a clear goal: to bring to the table the typical peasant recipes, those slow and genuine preparations that have always been part of the history of our land.

Every recipe is designed for those who want to take care of themselves and their loved ones with a genuine dish, ready in a few minutes, but able to tell the story of the territory.
The choice of ingredients is the foundation of our work: Suasa onions, extra virgin olive oil from Cartoceto, Marche rabbit, wild boar from the Gola Rossa and Frasassi Natural Park, truffle from Acqualagna. And also ancient legumes, seasonal vegetables, and meats worked by hand using techniques passed down through time.


Every condiment is the synthesis of this commitment: to offer those who bring it to the table an authentic taste of Marche, prepared with care and attention to detail.
 

Tradition meets practicality

MarcheEat selects and combines the best local ingredients and creates traditional recipes for ready-made sauces that maintain the flavor of the traditional cuisine, but with today's practicality. Suasa onions meet Cartoceto oil, Acqualagna truffle pairs with game, and ancient legumes come back to life thanks to simple and natural processing.

The meat is treated as it once was: marinated, chopped by hand, and slow-cooked to enhance the raw material. At the same time, alongside meat sauces, vegetarian and vegan lines have been created so that anyone can enjoy the best of Marche tradition. All products are also gluten-free.

No preservatives, no additives, no colorings are used for this goodness in jars: only the best ingredients chosen and processed in respect of the short supply chain.
