Latteria Sociale Coop. S. Pasquale di Nulvi

It is located in the Anglona area, and in particular, this cooperative dairy collects milk from the municipalities of Nulvi, Martis, Tergu, Castelsardo, Valledoria, Sedini, and Bulzi. It is one of the most important dairy realities in Sardinia with a history of over thirty years. Among the cheeses it produces, there is an extraordinary hard cheese that takes the name from the territory where the milk comes from: Granglona. A unique product, made with sheep's milk, with an intense, balanced flavor and a unique pleasantness.
