Il Chiosso was founded in 2007 by Marco Arlunno, already a producer of Ghemme, and Carlo Cambieri, owner and manager of vineyards in Gattinara. The project of Il Chiosso was born from the synergy between Marco's professionalism and winemaker quality, being a graduate in oenology, and Carlo's passion, a graduate in engineering, who has always been fascinated by the world of viticulture and wine. A truly unique but successful union that has allowed the merging of high-quality wines from Alto Piemonte, Gattinara on one side and Ghemme and the d.o.c. of the Novara Hills on the other.
