The right drying time and the low percentage of salting give that unmistakable taste appreciated by the palates of the most demanding consumers. For all our smoked products, only the most precious woods are used, such as beech, poplar and oak, then perfumed with the aromatic plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub, all this to bring all the flavors of Sardinia around the world.

The Sarda Affumicati plant is located in Sardinia, in Buggerru, in the heart of Sulcis Iglesiente. Built in 1864 as a mining village, Buggerru is nestled in an enchanting natural setting at the mouth of the Malfidano canal. Sarda Affumicati is a small company with more than thirty' years of experience also at an international level.
