Pescaviar is a Spanish company based in Pozuelo de Alarcón, a municipality in the autonomous community of Madrid, specialized in the production and marketing of truly unique gourmet products that was founded in 1997 thanks to the desire of a group of professionals with extensive experience in the food sector who saw the opportunity to enter a market that had, until then, been underrepresented but had a significant potential. In the following years, Pescaviar continues to expand its market share, marketing, through an extensive national commercial network, primarily its first herring-based product, Avruga, considered the first substitute for caviar on the market, along with many other products created by processing various types of fish. Following Anchoviar and Moluga, respectively North Sea anchovies and wild herrings, Arënkha MSC finally arrives.
Thus begins a brilliant entrepreneurial career that produces and successfully markets its products both at the national and international levels. The innovation process for Pescaviar has continued over the years until they successfully proposed numerous unique new products in terms of taste and the way they are presented to the general public of consumers.
