The story of Tenuta Mara begins on the day when Giordano Emendatori decided to realize his great passion, that for wine, dedicating himself to the design and construction of an estate that he named after his wife Mara, who has always been the important support in all the adventures of his life.
After the purchase of the land, in 2000, five years passed before the vineyard could be planted: seven hectares exposed to the sweet Romagna sun.
