Rinci

Rinci is an artisanal company from the Marche region, offering culinary excellence of the highest quality. Francesco, Luca, and Alessandro are the young owners of Rinci, and they have a very clear and ambitious goal. Their mission is to create new flavors and sensory experiences by reinterpreting the flavors of the Marche tradition with skill and originality. They use simple, healthy, and high-quality ingredients to craft delightful tastes. 
Trota Oro has truly unique products thanks to the slow growth of fish in cold and pure waters, the use of natural feeds, smoking done with sweet beech wood, hand-salting, and dry salting with Cervia sweet salt, and the fish is prepared according to recipes refined by the time and experience of the family.
