In fact, their mission is to produce new flavors and sensory experiences, trying to reinterpret the flavors of the Marche tradition with wisdom and originality. Trota Oro has truly unique products thanks to the slow growth of fish in cold and pure waters, natural feed is used, smoking is done with sweet beech wood, hand and dry salting with Cervia sweet salt, and also the fish is prepared according to recipes refined by time and
