The Garda Egg Co. is a project that embodies a story. A story of change, of returning to nature, to the land. It is the story of Federica Bin who decided, after years of hectic and intense rhythms, to change her life in a peaceful new setting very close to Lake Garda, with a new large, bright house, with plenty of land and fresh woods, and, in the distance, the blue line of the lake. It is in this context that Federica begins to keep some animals, listening to her new inner inclination towards naturalness.
She discovers, while talking to someone, the colorful eggs, exceptional for their beauty and taste, produced by hens of special breeds that are highly sought after by gourmet chefs, pastry chefs, and gelato makers. She finds out that these highly sought-after products are truly superior eggs, coming from virtuous farms and are obtained from hens raised on the ground and outdoors in large spaces, fed exclusively with certified organic grains. An ethical choice shared with deep conviction. Thus begins Federica's adventure.

Having the ideal place and a sincere and growing passion, Federica Bin founded the farm “The Garda Egg Co.” and has embarked on a path of respect and love for the breeding of her hens that distinguishes virtuous farms. And the results did not take long to arrive. Every day the company, in clear evolution, expands its production realizing how difficult it is for anyone to resist the charm of the colors of the super eggs that offer a rich array of scents and flavors in shades of brown, green, and blue. From 10 at the beginning, today “The Garda Egg Co.” has reached 100 hens and soon, with new investments in housing facilities and land, there will be more than 500. An exciting project that fulfills the very clear corporate mission: to give value to what is the true quality of nature.
