The Sovereto Farm was founded in 1933 thanks to Giovanni Antonio Iedà's strong passion for olive growing and his desire to continue his grandparents' business, which began several years earlier. #39 It is a family-run organic farm in the territory of Isola Capo Rizzuto that produces only and exclusively Extra Virgin Olive Oil following the knowledge in the olive field that the Iedà family has handed down for generations. Today, Giovanni's nephew, Nicola, the last bastion of the centuries-old cultural heritage of the Iedà family, took over the management of the company
