Cantina Rossi Daniele is a small winery in Torgiano, in the province of Perugia, in Umbria in the green heart d&' Italy.

Casale Villa Chiara is an old farmhouse restored and transformed into a cozy and comfortable country house with garden, vineyard, olive grove and swimming pool. Within the property, there is also a vineyard and an olive grove, through which high quality Umbrian wine and oil are produced.

The main figure of the winery is Daniele Rossi “Viticoltore per Passione”, a winemaker who signs the wines of the house with his own logo composed of D and R that go to design the barrel that you see on the labels.

the Rossi Daniele winery is the Montescosso Rosso Umbria IGT, born from the Merlot 70% and Sangiovese 30% grape varieties.

The Montescosso Umbria IGT Torgiano Red Wine, matured in oak barrels and then aged in the bottle, has an intense ruby red color, with a fruity scent with hints of spices and blackberries, harmonious and well-structured.

It is the result of a soil with a good presence of clay and rich in skeleton, warm and permeable that allows obtaining perfectly healthy, ripe and excellent quality grapes.

It is an excellent red wine with hints of blackberries and berries, surprising for the vegetable note, but above all for the sweet spices such as cinnamon and vanilla, almost reminiscent of a Valpolicella wine.
