Mila Vuolo: scopri i prodotti

Mila Vuolo is an organic farm in Campania that focuses its production on quality Aglianico and Fiano wines, showcasing great expression and territorial identity.

Mila Vuolo: passion, courage, and entrepreneurship

The story of the Mila Vuolo winery began in 2002, when Mila left her job as a computer scientist in Rome to fully dedicate herself to her father's farm: thirteen hectares of olive trees, vineyards, hazelnut trees, and many other trees surrounding an old country house on the hills of Giovi, just outside the city of Salerno.

The key word of this adventure is: passion, a word that simultaneously identifies the name of the small locality where the winery is located, the ancient wine that was once produced on the hills of Salerno, and the strong motivation that drove Mila to leave the hustle and bustle of the city to focus on agriculture.

The Mila Vuolo winery is a reference point for wine in the hilly territory of Salerno, known for its Fiano and Aglianico with strong territorial identity.

Its name is well-known locally and is closely linked to the feeling of a Salernitan enological renaissance, but beyond regional borders, its small production has so far remained a niche, enjoyed by a few fortunate enthusiasts.

Since 2000, the international grape varieties that made up the small vineyard of almost 4 hectares have been replaced with Fiano and Aglianico vines, and within a few years, a production of about 100 hectoliters was born, accompanied by high-quality extra virgin olive oil and organic Giffoni hazelnuts.

Mila Vuolo Wines: Salernitan Expression

The Mila Vuolo wines are considered the flag bearers of the enological resurgence of an ancient and highly vocated territory that, in recent years, has struggled to find new and convincing interpreters.

The wines signed by Mila Vuolo benefit from the clayey hilly soils, good temperature excursions, moist winds from the Gulf of Salerno, and the cooler breezes from the nearby Picentini Mountains. Thus, mediterranean and characteristic expressions are born, capable of enhancing a great terroir of Campania.

By recovering the ancient family traditions, Mila Vuolo has put her face forward to carry out an innovative project centered around the clayey hills of the Salernitan countryside.

Courage and entrepreneurship characterize the winery, which, with the help and invaluable advice of oenologist and agronomist Guido Busatto, has brought to light the main wines produced by the company: Fiano and Aglianico.

The Cantina Mila Vuolo, thanks to its meticulous and attentive work, offers you excellent Fiano and Aglianico Colli di Salerno IGT: wines recognized and awarded also with the Awards of The Wine Hunter.
