Born from the dream and love for the places where he spent his childhood and youth, Il Sole Verde is an agriturismo located near Siena. After working for 29 years in a Banking Institution, supported by his wife Angela and son Francesco, Guido decides to embark on a new adventure that will lead him to build an agricultural company and an agriturismo with his own hands.
Il Sole Verde, the agriturismo located among vineyards and olive groves
Helped by Piero and Armando, two special people he is fortunate to meet, Guido learns to cultivate the land and vineyards adjacent to his property in the best possible way. Thanks also to the help of his in-laws, who with optimism and wisdom have always encouraged Guido to move forward, the company decides to expand, replanting new vineyards and building an olive grove of 500 plants.

Attention to hospitality is the added value of this agriturismo immersed in the greenery of the Tuscan hills, which culminates in tastings of local products made directly by the family of Il Sole Verde, such as Sangiovese wine and chemical-free extra virgin olive oil with low acidity. Il Sole Verde wants to be the spokesperson for those values and traditions that Spaghetti & Mandolino admires and protects.
