Mr. Bubbles has its roots in the youth of Matteo Minghetti, its founder, who discovered mixology as a young man.

His skills were honed through experience in the bars of London and a growing enthusiasm for the world of cocktails.

In 2002, after years of practice and study, Matteo fulfilled his desire to share what he had learned by opening a bartending school aimed at spreading his vision of mixology as a true art.
