Fresh wine rich in scents and aromas. It increases the pleasantness of the very red fruit. The pepper always remains a bit green and the tannin is not particularly thick. Very fresh and savory with a fruity and spicy finish.
Pairing. It pairs very well with traditional Veronese dishes such as meat tortellini in broth, mixed boiled meats, and cheeses like medium-aged Monte Veronese DOP. It also goes well with traditional Italian cured meats and aged goat cheeses or pasta filata cheeses like caciocavallo. Suitable for red meats from the Romagnola or Modicana breeds. Excellent with red sauce from Chianina IGP.
