The Amarone by Speri is distinguished by its genuine character and elegant personality. A dandy with a top hat and tailcoat. If we could think of it so charmingly in a stylistic way. Yet it is a product of great elegance and offers emotions with every sip.
An Amarone that stands out for its fruity and spicy components with a fine tannic sensation. Beautiful thickness on the palate with a balsamic freshness that elevates the aromas and flavors vertically. Excellent soft finish with delicate sensations of chocolate, tobacco, chestnut honey, and toasted dried fruit. Great longevity for a product that offers great satisfaction even after 15 - 20 years. A treasure to be kept with love.
Alcohol. 15% Vol.
Pairing. A great wine for very succulent and complex dishes, red meat, lamb, game, mixed boiled meats, Chianina IGP steaks, Fassona Piemontese, Romagnola, Modicana ribs. Excellent with aged Castelmagno DOP, Monte Veronese DOP from alpine pastures, Slow Food Presidium. With pieces of dark chocolate 50 - 60%. We also recommend it at the end of a meal or to liven up a conversation in pleasant company.
