Balsamic Vinegar is a product that has been produced since antiquity in the plains and hills of the Emilia region, particularly in the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Modena.
It is a product made from must obtained from typical Emilia grapes such as Lambrusco, Trebbiano, and Malvasia. The must is cooked and then aged in small barrels made of fine woods.
The Redoro balsamic vinegar contains a percentage of 70% must and 30% wine vinegar. It is an excellent product for salads and fresh seasonal vegetables, both raw and steamed.
To garnish soft or delicate fresh cheeses.
The plus? It is made from grapes grown under organic farming conditions and organic vinegar.
