Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely through mechanical processes.
The base oil is extra virgin from Italian origin. The aroma is heated in the oil to about 40 - 60 degrees for a few minutes with the aim of extracting only the essential oils and not destroying the integrity of the oil's scents.
The chili pepper comes from Calabria and Campania. Excellent for seasoning tomato pasta and for roasted white meats. To be gently melted on slices of red meat and on baked potatoes.
