Riso San Marco is the tradition line, the result of a completely artisanal processing technique, according to the method used in the ancient rice mills of the Po Valley.
Rice Gnocchi are a preparation with ancient origins. This is a very simple and , dish that adapts to any type of seasoning. Rice grown, processed, and packaged in Italy. The packaging has been subjected to atmospheric correction (atm) to allow for better preservation of the product.
The San Marco line Rice Gnocchi (which we present here in a 500g package) are super easy to prepare: just bring water to a boil and pour the gnocchi in; in just a few minutes they will rise to the surface and be ready to be dressed and plated. They are perfect for all traditional gnocchi dishes: with ragù, with gorgonzola, or simply with a good tomato sauce, a leaf of basil, and a sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano.
Ingredients: rice flour (60%), water, potato starch, salt. Preservative: potassium sorbate (E202) max 1 g/kg (in accordance with European laws). Acidifier: lactic acid (E270).
Cooking time: just a few minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources. Once the package is opened, store the product in a cool, ventilated, and dry environment.
