The BIO Turmeric Gnocchetti gluten-free from Pasta d'Alba are a tasty and fun idea to bring to the table for a healthy first course, completely organic and gluten-free. This pasta is made with rice flour, rich in B group vitamins, especially B6, B3, B2, and B1, followed by vitamin E, fiber, and minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and zinc. It also has a low fat content, making it particularly suitable for low-fat diets, along with a quite high amount of protein.
A special touch is given by turmeric, a spice of Asian origin, a fundamental ingredient of curry, which gives the pasta a distinctive ochre color and a delicate yet unique flavor.
Pasta d'Alba slowly dries its product at low temperature for 16-18 hours to allow the pasta to have important organoleptic characteristics and valuable nutrients. The resulting pasta is nutritious and more digestible.
