It ripens a bit later than in other Italian regions, and this lateness ensures a better presence of aromatic components and fragrance. An intoxicating scent that stands out and makes the fruit extraordinarily elegant and pleasant. Its color is typical, and its shape is perfectly round, rich in pulp with a slightly marbled and velvety skin.
