The Olive Tonda Iblea and Nocellara Etnea Sauce from Frantoi Cutrera is made with the best ingredients and following the traditional recipe of Sicilian sauce, bringing to the table a sauce that is good, quick to prepare, and healthy. 

The Cutrera family, to obtain this extraordinary black and green olive sauce, uses only the best tomatoes from Sicily, without adding preservatives. The ingredients are cooked in a low-pressure pot at low temperature (60°C) to preserve the nutritional characteristics and natural aromas of the raw materials, allowing for a simple and tasty sauce with an intense flavor of tomato and olives, in which the sweetness of the onion and the pungent aroma of garlic balance the whole.

The ingredients are simple and typical of the island's tradition: at the base, there is a good Sicilian fresh tomato, a land where they grow all year round thanks to the mild climate and the sun, and two varieties of olives, the Nocellara Etnea and Tonda Iblea. 

The Olive Sauce Frantoi Cutrera is already ready: stored in a glass jar, just heat it for a couple of minutes, and it will be immediately ready to dress pasta, both fresh and dried. This sauce is also excellent for those following a vegetarian diet. 

Ingredients: Sicilian Tomato, Green Olives (Nocellara Etnea), Black Olives (Tonda Iblea), Giarratana onion, Nubia red garlic, extra virgin olive oil Gran Cru Nocellara Etnea, chili pepper, sea salt from Trapani.
